Due to growing demand here at Best Accountancy, we are currently looking to add a bookkeeper, preferably with some payroll experience (but not essential) to join our team.
The applicant would ideally have a good working knowledge of Sage 50 and sage payroll software together with a sound ability to use Microsoft Excel.
A general knowledge of VAT and experience of filing VAT returns.
A confident personality, able to interact with both fellow staff and importantly the clients to obtain vital information required to complete tasks for deadlines set.
The successful candidate will work directly with a bookkeeping manager and also be expected to assist the accounts department from time to time as assignments and deadlines dictate.
Own transport would be an advantage as some assignments can be carried out on client premises.
Remuneration package to be negotiated. Auto Enrolment pension will be provided and flexible working hours available.
