Lynda has been a lovely client to work with. She was originally referred to us via our good friends Adam Dawe of John Davies Financial consulting.
She was looking to buy the business from her employer. We assisted with the initial due diligence, negotiation of the buying price, apportionment of assets and goodwill. We liaised with her solicitors and eventually after many delays including Covid 19, the business was hers.
She has done a tremendous job of elevating the business since she took control and has many fresh ideas to maximise the business offering and ultimately, it’s profits!
We have taken care of the daily processing of the business transactions using Xero and have linked the bank account to it. This has enabled us to take responsibility for the bookkeeping. Lynda does not need to worry about this aspect of the running of the business, and we ensure all deadlines are met for VAT and annual accounts.
Out team offer peace of mind in terms of compliance, but also review her management accounts throughout the year and prior to her year end to ensure we have some proactive tax planning too. Lynda also has taken advantage of the 9 month review service we offer, and it has proved very successful.
I believe Lynda has great potential to grow her business model and potentially add additional outlets and expand – we will be there all the way!
