This weekend sees John Best taking part in the British Championship Triathlon race (The Vitruvian) in Leicester for middle distance racing. This comprises of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike ride followed by a 13.1 mile run.
He is dedicating his race to the Charity Bowel Cancer West and to his uncle who died earlier this year to this disease. Details of the charity and how to make donations can be found below if you would like to support John.
